empower your True Self and add color to your relationships with coaching!
Coaching is a unique, collaborative process oriented toward meeting your personal or relational goals. Coaching will help you answer questions about consensual non-monogamy or about yourself and your partner(s). It will also help you identify your own needs, face your fears, identify goals, remove obstacles, and offer a safe space for addressing your concerns.
Note: Coaching is much different from therapy and it is not meant for dealing with depression, anxiety, or any other mental health diagnosis. If you are looking for support with your mental health, please contact a therapist located in your state. Polyfriendly.org may be a great place to start!

1-on-1
Coaching Call
The 1-on-1 coaching call is for individuals, couples, vees, triads, or polycules who are looking for more information about polyamory in general, or would like to work through a specific difficulty or problem. This is a 2-3 hour session in which you can discuss your situation, ask any questions you may have, and receive some guidance, recommendations, or resources that may be helpful to your unique situation.
When inquiring about this option, I ask that you provide me with a brief but descriptive account of your relationship(s), the problem/difficulty/curiosity you have, and what you hope to achieve from our time together. Based on this write-up, I will determine if this option is a good fit for you, and may follow up with more questions before our session.
